These terms apply to electrical services provided by Bateman Power Solutions and to use of this website.
Quotes
Quotes are provided free of charge and are based on the scope described or observed at the time. Additional work discovered once the job begins, for example concealed damage or non-compliant existing wiring, will be discussed with you and priced before it is carried out.
Scheduling and access
We will agree a time window with you and let you know if circumstances change. Safe and unobstructed access to the work area and switchboard is required for us to complete the job.
Payment
Payment terms are set out on the quote or invoice. Materials supplied remain our property until payment is received in full.
Workmanship warranty
Our workmanship is warranted. Products and fittings supplied are covered by the manufacturer's warranty. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, third-party alterations, storm or pest damage, or pre-existing wiring we were not engaged to replace.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
